What Is The Playmaker Delivery Policy ?

Prices shown on our web site do not include delivery.

Our standard freight charge is $100 plus GST for Sydney Metro area.

For smaller items, such as Trampolines, games tables, spare parts and components, delivery is generally less than this.

For customers who live outside the Sydney Metropolitan area we will ship with a commercial carrier. Freight charges are then based upon size and weight of your order and your location. (You MUST include your postcode and suburb when making enquiries)

In general: Our delivery contractors will be happy to place the item purchased in the desired location at your home: provided that location is immediately available without excessive stairs or narrow passages, and other furniture, etc, does not have to be moved. Delivery does not include unpacking or assembly of boxed items or assembly of un-assembled items etc however this can generally be organized if prior arrangements are made.

We may provide an assembly and an installation service for customers located in and around Sydney Metro area. Prices are upon application.

When will my order be delivered ?

Our standard dispatch time varies from item to item. Please refer to each item listing for specific details of delivery. Playmaker carries four types of items: Order: Playmaker will order from our supplier upon receipt of order and deposit. In-Stock: Items are ready to ship. In-stock-Assemble: Component items are in stock and require some assembly prior to shipping Manufactured to order: Item will be manufactured via our factory - Generally 3-6 weeks lead time is required. Please note that the times are estimates only and are based on our best judgement. If at any time it becomes apparent that there is going to be an unusual delay with your order we will notify you.

Notification of Delivery

We will generally contact you prior to the delivery to set up a convenient day and general time window for your order to be delivered. NOTE: If no-one is home when the organised delivery is attempted you will incur a re-delivery charge of up to the equivalent value of the original delivery charge. Be sure to have an adult present during the time window the contractors have arranged with you, who can sign for the goods.
