If for any reason you are unhappy with a PLAYMAKER product, simply call or email us with your product and the issues that you have, and we will do our best to ensure your problems are rectified as quickly and as thoroughly as we can.

In addition, all of our products are covered by our IRONCLAD Warranty. because of the variable nature of our products, each product has it's own warranty, but in general, the following usually applies:
The benefits given to the purchaser by this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product, which the consumer has under the Trades Practices Act 1974 and other Commonwealth, State and Territory laws.
1. The goods sold to the purchaser will be free of defects in workmanship and materials.
2. Subject to the “ Conditions of Warranty ” Playmaker Pty Ltd gives the following limited Warranties against structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration or workmanship.
(A) on all fixed elements manufactured in steel, including steel fixing bolts, (i.e.” Flexideck”) but excluding any cosmetic issues – for ten years from the date of purchase;
(B) on elements manufactured in steel, aluminium, fibreglass, vinyl or hardwood timber (i.e. “ Flexideck” or Add – ons”) for three years from the date of purchase;
(C) on all moving parts, and any other materials not covered by the foregoing warranties (i.e. Swings. Track rides or merry go-rounds) for one year from the date of purchase.
Under the warranty stated above, Playmaker Pty Ltd undertakes to repair, or, at its option, replace any defective part. Playmaker Pty Ltd shall deliver the repaired or replacement part to the site at its own expense, but will not be responsible for providing labour or the cost of labour for the removal of any defective part. Replacement parts would be warranted for the balance of the original warranty.
Conditions of Warranty
The warranty stated above is valid only if:
1. Written notice of the claim has been delivered to Playmaker Pty Ltd’s registered office promptly after discovery of the defect and within the applicable warranty period;
2. The goods are erected in conformity with the layout plan and / or installation instructions furnished by the vendor;
3. The goods have been subjected only to normal use for the purpose for which the goods were designed;
5. The goods have not been modified , altered or repaired by persons other than persons authorised by the vendor in any respect which, in the vendor’s opinion, affects the condition or operation of the structures;
6. The goods have been maintained an inspected in accordance with the vendor’s instructions
7. It is signed by a director of the vendor and supplied with the invoice for the goods the subject of this warranty.
The warranty hereby given is exclusively the purchaser’s. The vendor is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damage.
The vendor neither assumes nor authorises any employee, representative, agent or other person to assume for the vendor any other liability in relation to the sale or use of the goods sold. There are no oral agreements or warranty collateral to or affecting this agreement.
To make a claim, send your written notice for the claim together with the original job number or invoice number by receipted delivery.
